Our condo in Casa Del Mar is in one of Cabo’s finest condo communities. Located on what is regarded as the prime oceanfront in the Los Cabos Corridor, Casa Del Mar is a luxury, low density, full amenity development. Lush tropical landscaping surrounds the condos, tennis courts, and 3 pools. Located on site is a small boutique hotel (Casa Del Mar Hotel) that provides pool/ beach food and beverage service to condo guests. Adjacent to Cabo Real Golf course and Las Ventanas resort, gourmet dining and world class golf are in walking distance. Walk across the street to the equestrian center for a beach or canyon ride, or take a private lesson. Five minutes down the road by car is Chilleno Beach where you will find a protected coral reef that is excellent for snorkeling – the best in all of Los Cabos.
Facing the Gulf f Mexico, my unit on the third floor has exceptional views of the ocean and beach to the south and breathtaking mountain views to the west. Think sunset. Windows and balconies grace the entire front, letting in ocean breezes and magnificent views. The large master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, built in cabinetry, inset mirrors, and private bath with marble tiled floor. The second bedroom has two double beds, private balcony, and large double sink marble tiled bathroom. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and the unit has central air-conditioning.
The sunken living room is tastefully decorated with modern furniture featuring engraved woods pieces and Mexican folk art. Surround sound with cable TV is located in living room with cable TV in both bedrooms. The kitchen features modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker with tile counters and terra cotta floors. The dining room features built in cabinetry and inset mirrors. 6-8 can be comfortably seated at the bamboo/glass table.
Watch the sun go down over the ocean/mountains from the terrace swivel rockers and enjoy festive Mexican folk art planters on the patio. Dine in or access the many fine restaurants in Los Cabos.

Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo and Todos Santos are cities that cater to tourists, golfers, and fishermen. In each, you will find excellent restaurants for every taste, active nightclubs, shopping, and activities. A world-class fishing mecca, both deep sea and panga fishing operates out of both harbors where tuna, marlin, Dorado, snapper, and yellowtail are common catches. If you like golf, Los Cabos offers 8 courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and Robert Trent Jones. There is something for everyone, including horseback riding, snorkeling, diving, hiking, biking, surfing, to name just a few.
